During this free consultation we look to review all aspects of your property purchasing journey. We want to ensure that our professional relationship is a suitable fit and that we can achieve your property purchasing goals.
Strategy & Engagement
Once we have determined our suitability and have engaged a professional relationship we then move onto looking at our clients property prerequisites and create a thorough purchasing brief.
We ensure that all desires, goals and information is added into the purchase brief to ensure that our search can be highly detailed and dialled in to your specific brief.
Settlement
Once your property is secured we then support you with connecting you to conveyancers/solicitors to ensure the purchasing process is smooth. In addition to this we connect you to building and pest inspectors to complete further due diligence. We liaise with your finance broker to ensure any concerns are addressed promptly.
Research
This is where the fun begins. We utilise our extensive professional relationships with real estate agents to get access to their current supply of off market and on market properties. We also discuss those properties that are yet to be listed that are coming to market.
We organise inspections & video assessments to save our clients time and then provide feedback to our clients in order to shortlist properties.
Once properties have been shortlisted we complete further assessment to determine appropriate pricing using our expert experience and market knowledge.
Property Purchasing
As your Buyer’s Advocate we complete all negotiation and auction bidding when necessary on our your behalf. We put forward offers in collaboration with you.
We keep you informed and ensure you are well versed on the progress of negotiations.
